Dr. Matthew Bramucci |
Dr. Bramucci holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Music Education from Penn State University and Towson University, Principal Certification from Towson University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Widener University. Prior experiences as a classroom teacher, curriculum writer, Assistant Principal, and central office administrator have provided Dr. Bramucci a wide-range of opportunities to develop innovative educational programs that have benefited both students and schools. He specializes in school and district improvement, data analysis, and innovative program development.

Dr. Dwight Nolt |
Dr. Nolt holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in English Education from Millersville University, Principal Certification in Educational Leadership from Penn State University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he holds a Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility from the University of Pennsylvania. His experiences as a classroom teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and in the school district central office have led to expertise in curriculum development and evaluation, professional development of teachers and administrators, and innovative teacher practices.

Ms. Brianna Billington |
Ms. Billington holds a B.S. in English Education from Towson University and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. She has been a classroom teacher in both brick and mortar and cyber schools. She holds administrator certificates for two states (Maryland and Virginia) and certificates to teach English in six states (Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and Missouri). Additionally, Ms. Billington is a faculty evaluator from Western Governors University, an online university. She has expertise in online instruction and course development, teacher development, and evaluation of learning management systems.

Dr. James Capolupo
Mr. Aldo Cavalli |
Dr. Capolupo most recently was the superintendent of the Springfield School District in Springfield, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He was awarded the 2014 National Superintendent of the Year by the National Association of School Superintendents. In addition, he was awarded the 2015 Pennsylvania Superintendent of the Year Award by the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators. Prior to becoming superintendent, he held the position of Director of Teaching and Learning in Springfield. Dr. Capolupo’s background in education began as an elementary, middle school and high school band director. His first administrative post was as Coordinator of Fine Arts. He also was an Assistant Principal, Acting Principal and Principal. In addition, he served as a Director of Elementary Education. Dr. Capolupo has taught at Cabrini College, Neumann University, Arcadia University Chestnut Hill College, Lincoln University and Princeton University.
His academic preparation includes a B.S. in Music Education; M.A. in Education; Certificate of Advanced Studies in Education; D.M.A. in Music and post-doctoral work in Educational Leadership. He also received an Honorary D.H.L. from Cabrini College where he was recently the commencement speaker for the Graduate Division. In December 2014, Dr. Capolupo served as the commencement speaker at West Chester University. His most recent academic study has been at the University of Pennsylvania (Post-Doctorate) and Harvard University (Executive Coaching). Dr. Capolupo served on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators where he was the Membership Chair. He also is on the Professional Development Committee and the Resolutions Committee. Dr. Capolupo was elected to be the Chairman of the Board of the National Association of School Superintendents. He has presented various workshops at Villanova University; University of Pennsylvania; Pennsylvania Title 1 Conference in Pittsburgh; Superintendents and Principals in the 21st Century in New England; International Reading Conference in Atlanta; Pennsylvania Counselors State Conference; Pennsylvania Music Educators Conference and at the NSBA conferences in New Orleans, Denver, and Boston as well at the AASA National Conference in San Diego and New Orleans on the topic of Elementary Literacy and also on Leadership. He was a member of a delegation of Pennsylvania educators invited to the White House. He served on a national panel at the White House on Substance Abuse and Academic Success. He also served on a task force at the United States Department of Education in Washington, D.C. on Technology. Additionally, he has presented at the U.S. Department of Education in Washington on three occasions. He is co-author of the 2015 book, “Behind the Curtain: Tackling the Myths and Mysteries of School Management.” Dr. Capolupo has given School Board Retreats in school districts in America and in Costa Rica and Belize. In his spare time, Dr. Capolupo served as a judge for the Miss America Parade for 10 years and as a judge for the Philadelphia Mummers Parade for 19 years. He is a judge for the Cavalcade of Bands and has judged more than 1000 high school marching band and jazz contests. He has been inducted into the Cavalcade of Bands Hall of Fame. He is also the Head Director for the American Music Abroad Bronze Tour where he leads hundreds of music students on a summer concert tour of Europe. Dr. Capolupo was recently appointed to the Philadelphia Eagles (NFL) Board of Advisors. Currently, Mr. Cavalli is Chief Executive Officer of Ad Prima Charter Schools in Philadelphia, PA. Previously, Mr. Cavalli served as President of Independence Mission Schools, King of Prussia, PA and Chief Executive Officer of Lehigh Valley Academy Regional Charter School in Bethlehem, PA. Mr. Cavalli has extensive experience in school and business operations with at–risk populations through positions with Wordsworth Human Services, The Beacon School, Shawnee Academy, and AltED Solutions.

Dr. Dominique Kliger |
Dr. Dominique Kliger has been with Temple University for over 15 years in multiple roles including Director for Distance Learning and Summer Programs, Assistant Vice Provost, and Adjunct Professor. She has developed a 20 hour Virtual Teaching Certificate Program, spearheaded Temple University's first 15 day virtual conference on Intellectual Copyright Issues and successfully introduced the use of multimedia and interactive tools to the University's distance learning community.

Dr. Anthony Leach |
Dr. Anthony Leach is a professor of music and music education at Penn State. He taught choral and general music for fourteen years in Maryland, New York City, and Pennsylvania prior to joining the School of Music faculty in 1994. At Penn State, Leach teaches graduate courses in music education and conducts Essence of Joy. He holds membership in the American Choral Directors Association, the International Federation of Choral Musicians, Chorus America, the National Association for Music Education, and Gospel Music Workshop of America.

Colonel Timothy Ringgold, US Army (ret.) |
Colonel Timothy Ringgold is both a Director for the Institute of Ethical Leadership and Social Responsibility at Rosemont College and responsible for the five-degree Business Program for Rosemont’s Undergraduate College. Prior to joining Rosemont’s faculty, Colonel Ringgold taught in the M.B.A. program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, taught economics and management at Valley Forge Military College and was Adjunct Faculty teaching both graduate and undergraduate economics for the University of Phoenix.
From 2008 to 2013, Colonel Ringgold was the Chief Executive Officer for a public company serving the defense, security, and energy sectors. In this capacity, he worked in more than forty countries – primarily in Europe, the Middle East and Sub-Sahara Africa. In his earlier career, Colonel Ringgold, an infantry officer, served thirty years in the United States Army where he commanded combat arms troops on four occasions, served more than seven years in the Pentagon, on Capitol Hill and for the White House Office of Homeland Security. Colonel Ringgold’s academic credentials include advanced degrees in Economics, National Security Policy, Public Policy, and Legislative Affairs. His undergraduate degree is in Physics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. |
Dr. Irvin Scott |
Dr. Irvin Scott serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. Previously he served as Deputy Director for effective teaching in the educational division of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Previously, Dr. Scott was the Chief Academic Officer of Boston Public Schools, where he earned a national reputation for his leadership in significantly improving student outcomes in Boston, especially among low-income students and students of color. As Chief Academic Officer, he oversaw 135 schools in the district, which enrolls 56,000 students. Under Dr. Scott’s leadership, many more students have had access to rigorous courses, and the district has seen a sharp increase in retention and achievement in Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, and Dual Enrollment programs. Dr. Scott’s foundation work focuses on transforming how teachers are recruited, developed, retained, and rewarded. Dr. Scott is a graduate of the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, for both his MA in Policy and Management and his Ed.D. in the Urban Superintendents Program.

Dr. Suzanne Simons |
Dr. Simons is Chief of Instruction and Design for Literacy Design Collaborative in New York, NY. She has taught in a range of educational settings, including Head Start, ESL, adult education, elementary and high school, as well as at the university level. Suzanne most recently worked as Vice President for Professional Development & Turnaround Partnerships for American Reading Company.

Dr. Graciela Slesaransky-Poe

Dr. Slesaransky-Poe is Professor, School of Education at Arcadia University in 2001 as a Special Education Assistant Professor in the School (formerly Department) of Education. Dr. Slesaransky-Poe has held several leadership positions including Coordinator of the Special Education Program, Founder and Director of Arcadia Annual Inclusion Institute and of the Safe and Welcoming Schools Conference, and Chair of Faculty Council. Dr. Slesaransky-Poe's work is centered on supporting educators and families in transforming schools and organizations into places where members feel welcomed, valued, and included. Her scholarship, teaching, and service are grounded in the recognition that the differences and gifts that each individual and groups members bring, enrich and strengthen their community. Dr. Slesaransky-Poe came to the United States as a Fulbright Scholar in 1990, and received her Ph.D. in Special Education from Temple University in 1997.
Richard (Dick) Thomas recently retired after 33 years as the superintendent of Lancaster Mennonite School. He also served as the Moderator of Mennonite Church USA. Richard is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, and also studied at Temple University and Eastern Mennonite Seminary.
